Returns

A prerequisite for returning products is to have a relevant purchase receipt that proves the transaction (for example, proof of retail, sales invoice, etc.) and contact our call center at 2510220920 before proceeding return the product.


1) Defective Products / Wrong Products


In case of defective product, please contact our company by calling 2510 220920 to find out how to replace the product. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the Company's return policy conditions are met.


Below are the terms and ways of returning non-defective products in cases where we have been wrong:


1. The date of receipt of the order with the date of submission of the refund application shall not exceed 7 calendar days

2. The application must be made in writing by e-mail at zaponis@gmail.com with relevant details and telephone number so that a member of our company can contact the customer for clarification.

3. The product has not been opened or used and is in its original (factory) condition delivered to you and included in its original packaging. Once it is received, its status will be checked and if it does not meet the above conditions, the refund will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to our company.

4. In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding sales receipt.


Note: If products are returned at the customer's request, and if the above conditions are met, the customer will only be charged for transport costs.


2) Right of Exit


You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation.


The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the physical possession of the goods.


In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our company, based in Kavala, 63 Eleftherios Venizelos Street, no. 63, (email zaponis@gmail.com) for your decision to withdraw from this agreement with a clear statement (eg a letter to be sent by email).


The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3y of Law 2251/1994 excludes: (a) all types, except handmade articles made on special request.


In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The products purchased must be returned to their original condition, accompanied by the relevant sales receipt (receipt - invoice).

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the money received from you for the cost of the products, excluding delivery costs or other additional costs due to your own choice to use a delivery method or a method of payment with additional costs , without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days of the day on which we will inform you of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. "We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back. You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the day you stated that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. You will be charged with the direct cost of returning the goods. You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods (The handling and examination of the products should be in the manner in which you were allowed to do it in a physical store). The refund will be made to a bank account that you will indicate.
